Is Sign Up Required?

Not in the traditional sense! There’s no form to fill out or lengthy process, and you do not have to create an account. To #getitSent, all it takes is a WhatsApp message, and you’ll receive your shipping address instantly.

How many times per week do you ship?

We ship 5 times weekly, barring flight delays and other unforeseen events.

How do I track my package?

There’s no need to! Unlike traditional couriers, you won’t have to reach out about your package. Once we’ve received it, you’ll automatically get WhatsApp updates throughout the delivery journey, including your landed invoice, 'Arrived in Jamaica,' and 'Out-for-Delivery.

However, if you’re curious, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.

What do I do if my packages says delivered to the warehouse but you haven't confirmed receipt?

There may be instances in which the period of time it takes to process packages may extend beyond 24 hours. If 24-hours has passed and you still have not been alerted, definitely reach out so we can check it out.

What're the delivery fee payment options?

When are customs duties charged?

Packages exceeding USD$100 are subject to customs duty charges.

Why was my package opened and resealed?

All packages coming through Jamaica customs are liable to be opened and inspected by customs agents.

How do I authorize someone else to collect my package(s)?
