Need it same-day? Observe the following:
- FROM Kingston TO St. Catherine - Book by 1:00pm latest
- FROM St. Catherine TO Kingston - Book by 12:30pm latest
- Deliveries booked after the times above may still be picked up same-day, but the delivery completed the next-day.
- Cross-Parish deliveries for packages picked up in the morning, are completed between 2:30pm - 5pm
- Deliveries to Harbor View fall after 4pm.

Same-Day Delivery Guarantee
We collect cash on delivery (COD) for you. Here's how it works:
- For safety purposes our delivery team is not allowed to return with cash after delivery. Funds collected are sent only via bank transfer.
- Transfers are processed the following 1-2 business days after the delivery is completed (M-F).
- Once transfers have been processed you receive an automated notification which includes- the bank generated reference number which can be used to trace payments. Transfers are sent from the 'Get it Sent' NCB account.

Senders are required to prepare packages for delivery before the delivery personnel arrives. This includes ensuring:
- Products are properly packaged inside appropriate packaging materials e.g. Bubble Mailers
- Packages are sealed i.e. closed to prevent items from shifting or falling out during transit;
- Packages are labelled i.e. the name of the receiver is visible. This can be done using a permanent marker or shipping label. P.S. We also offer labels for sale.
