- $850 per delivery cross-parish e.g. St. Catherine to Kingston (Bike)
- $650 for the first package $200 ea. one after (Knutsford Express/Zipmail)
We accept cash on pickup, cash on delivery and payment via bank transfer.
We begin deliveries at 9am and go up until 6pm.
For safety purposes we do not allow our delivery riders to return with cash after delivery. Funds collected are sent only via bank transfer. Transfers are then processed in a window (between the end-of-day the same day the cash is collected, right up until 11am the next business day). Once your funds have been sent, you will be notified by a confirmation message which includes the bank generated reference number which can be used to trace payments. Transfers are sent from a 'Get it Sent Ltd.' NCB Business Account.
Our delivery team will always try their best to meet time-windows when requested. A "time window" is for e.g. (9am - 11am).
Unfortunately, due to the nature of logistics and factors beyond our control for e.g. bad weather, customer delays etc. we're unable to commit to exact time requests for e.g. "9am on the dot".
Scheduling is not required; however for guaranteed same-day delivery cross-parish (Kingston - St. Catherine/ St. Catherine - Kingston), it's best to observe the following cut-off times.
FROM Kingston TO St. Catherine - Book by 1:00pm latest
FROM St. Catherine TO Kingston - Book by 12:30pm latest
If you book a cross-parish delivery after the times above, the packages may still be picked up same-day, but the delivery completed the following day.
Your package may, or may not be dropped off immediately after it has been picked up from you. The order in which it's delivered really depends on a few things but not to worry, there's a plan and the package will be delivered.
Our delivery riders are experts "in these streets", well-trained to be experts at handling with care, and at representing you/your brand.
In-house, our customer experience team communicates with your customers from the very second your delivery is booked. Things such as providing updates as necessary, the changing of pickup/delivery locations, coordinating exchanges, arranging reschedules, returns, etc. are really our speciality.
We deliver directly to homes, work places, schools and central locations across Kingston, St. Andrew & St. Catherine. However there are a few "cut-off points" which is the furthest point an area that our delivery team can go to pickup/deliver.

*For safety purposes, receivers who live in volatile areas are asked to meet either on the main road, the closest ZOSO check point, or the neighboring police station. There is NO flexibility in this regard, and non-compliant receivers will be considered as located outside of our delivery zone.*
Risk is transferred to the Sender in all instances of 'special requests' i.e. any request outside of the basic collection of packages on pickup, and basic delivery of packages on delivery. This includes but is not limited to exchanges/ fittings /multiple choice etc. of the goods.
In these instances of special requests Get it Sent Ltd. and our delivery agents will in no instance stand responsibility for goods tampered with/stained/damaged/altered in any way.
