Yes! We collect cash on delivery (COD) for you. How does it work?
For safety purposes our delivery return is not allowed to return with cash after delivery. Funds collected are sent only via bank transfer.

For safety purposes our delivery return is not allowed to return with cash after delivery. Funds collected are sent only via bank transfer.
Transfers are processed the following business day after the delivery is completed (M-F). Once your funds have been sent, you will be notified by a confirmation message which includes the bank generated reference number which can be used to trace payments. Transfers are sent from the 'Get it Sent' NCB account.

The delivery team will always try their best to meet requested time-windows e.g (9am - 11am). However we're unable to commit to exact times on either pickup/delivery e.g. (9am).
